At WARA, you can begin in two ways:

  • Caregiver (hands-on patient care)
  • Care Companion (coordination and support)

Choose the path that suits your comfort. You can always grow and switch later.

Who Is This For?

This program is designed for women who want to start working and become independent.

You can join if you are:

  • A school dropout
  • A housewife looking to earn
  • Someone restarting life after a break
  • Looking for stable and respectful work

You do not need any prior job experience.

What You Do NOT Need

Many women hesitate to start because they think they are “not qualified”.

At WARA, you do not need:

  • A college degree
  • Good English
  • Computer knowledge
  • Previous healthcare experience

We train you from the beginning.

What You WILL Learn

During training, you will learn:

  • Basic patient care
  • Hygiene and safety

  • How to communicate with families
  • How to use simple mobile-based work systems
