- Monitoring and coordination (ElderCareNet)
- Healthcare coordination (HealthCareNet)
- Recovery and wellness support (AyushCareNet)

Users (or family members) are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and health information
- Sharing medical history where required
- Maintaining safe home conditions for care delivery
- Being reachable during care and emergency situations
- Making final medical and financial decisions
WARA supports decisions—but does not replace family authority.
Caregiver Role
Caregivers provided by WARA:
- Assist with daily living and care routines
- Follow defined care protocols
- Maintain records through the Care Ledger
They do not independently diagnose or prescribe treatment.
Medical decisions must be taken by qualified healthcare professionals.
Emergency Handling
WARA provides emergency coordination support, which may include:
- Alerting ambulance providers
- Notifying family members
- Sharing relevant care data
- Coordinating with hospitals
However:
- WARA does not guarantee response time of third-party providers
- Ambulance and hospital services operate independently
- Final treatment decisions remain with doctors and family
Payments & Plans
- Services are offered under defined plans and pricing structures
- Payments must be made in advance or as agreed
- Refunds, if applicable, follow defined policies
- Add-on services may be billed separately
Failure to make payments may result in service suspension.
Service Availability
Service delivery depends on:
- Caregiver availability
- Geographic coverage
- External partner availability (ambulance, hospital, etc.)
WARA will make reasonable efforts but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
WARA acts as a coordination and support platform.
We are not liable for:
- Medical outcomes or treatment results
- Actions of third-party providers (hospitals, labs, ambulances)
- Delays caused by external factors
- Decisions made by users or family members
Our role is to enable structured care—not replace medical systems.
Third-Party Services
WARA may connect users with:
- Doctors
- Hospitals
- Diagnostic labs
- Ambulance providers
These entities operate independently, and their services are governed by their own policies and standards.
Data & Privacy
Use of WARA services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Users agree to:
- Data collection for care delivery
- Sharing of necessary data for coordination
- Use of digital systems such as Care Ledger
Termination of Services
WARA reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for misuse or non-compliance
