Our ElderCare Services
Care Agreement & Partner Management
We sign yearly agreements with verified service providers and act on the elder’s behalf to ensure services are delivered reliably and without exploitation. Our role is similar to a trusted family representative.
Weekly Check-Ins & Quality Control
We conduct weekly wellness check-ins and monitor whether subscribed services are being delivered properly. If quality drops, we initiate corrective action or switch providers with the elder’s consent.
Health & Medical Planning
We coordinate regular doctor visits, manage medication schedules, and arrange diagnostics. Everything is planned in advance so elders don’t miss out on essential healthcare routines.
Social & Emotional Engagement
We facilitate social engagement, companionship programs, and recreational outings to reduce isolation. Emotional and mental well-being are treated as essential parts of elder care.
Emergency & Hospital Support
In emergencies, verified partners provide immediate assistance, and we step in to coordinate hospital admission, payments, and insurance—using security funds entrusted to us.
Family Reports & Digital Logs
We maintain detailed service logs and provide regular updates to family members or sponsors. All activities are documented and accessible digitally for full transparency.
Why ElderCareNet?
We act as your Next-of-Kin to protect, monitor, and manage the care your elders deserve.
ElderCareNet is needed because millions of elders live alone or without active family support, making them vulnerable to neglect, fraud, or poor-quality care. Traditional eldercare options often lack accountability, transparency, or emotional warmth. Families living far away struggle to monitor and coordinate reliable services for their aging loved ones. Elders face challenges not just in health but also in day-to-day life—from medical visits to mental wellness to social connection.
ElderCareNet steps in as a Next-of-Kin, offering trusted guardianship, verified service networks, and consistent follow-up. We ensure that elders are cared for with dignity, safety, and human connection—just like family would.

📃 Care Agreement & Partner Management
We make contracts, manage partners, and protect your elder’s rights.

FAQ on ElderCareNet
Do you provide direct medical or home care services?
No, we work with verified service providers and manage those services on your behalf. We act like a legal guardian or representative, not a hospital.
Can you move my elder to a better hospital or care home if needed?
Yes. If your elder isn’t receiving proper care, we intervene, investigate, and shift them to a new provider after obtaining their approval.
How do you get legal authority to act on our behalf?
We sign a service agreement and power-of-attorney (POA) style authorization from the elder or their sponsor. This allows us to act during emergencies or disputes.
What kind of reports will I receive?
You’ll get weekly status updates, incident logs, medical records, payment details, and care quality reports. Everything is transparent and documented.
Is this service available across India?
We currently operate in West Bengal, with expansion plans underway. Major districts like Kolkata, Howrah, Siliguri, and Durgapur are fully covered.
What is the cost and deposit structure?
We charge an annual service fee, and collect a security deposit to manage emergency hospital expenses and service continuity. Custom packages available.
Can an NRI or distant relative sponsor an elder?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are NRIs or outstation children who enroll their parents under our care. We liaise directly with both the sponsor and the elder.
Can people without smartphones access these services?
Yes. Our local caregivers handle the digital interface.
What happens during a medical emergency?
Our verified service provider takes the elder to the hospital immediately. Post-admission, we step in to handle paperwork, payments, and coordination on behalf of the elder.
Can you arrange non-medical support like grocery delivery or social visits?
Yes. We offer custom care packages including errands, groceries, local transportation, festive gifts, and even planned recreation—just like a real family would.
Is the elder’s consent required for decisions?
Yes. Except in critical emergencies, we always consult the elder before making care or relocation decisions. Their dignity and choice are paramount.
Do you act like a legal guardian?
Yes. Think of us as your Next-of-Kin in India. We protect your elder’s rights, resolve disputes, and ensure they receive the services they subscribed to—ethically and transparently.
