Our LivelihoodCare Services
Village Healthpreneurs
Graduates of EduCareNet can become certified Village Healthpreneurs — providing vitals check, care support, Ayush wellness guidance, and digital access to telehealth services. These individuals are supported with starter kits, uniforms, and digital tools to serve their community and sustain themselves financially. It’s the first step toward self-employment in healthcare.
Herbal Product Resellers
Local youth, SHG women, or caregivers can become certified resellers of approved AyushCare herbal kits, teas, immunity boosters, oils, and more. With minimal training in benefits, use, and ordering, they can serve as a vital link between traditional wellness and community trust—while earning commission on every sale.
Village Tech Agents
Graduates of Tech Literacy for Healthcare can work as Village Tech Agents, supporting others in booking appointments, downloading reports, or accessing government health benefits. They serve as digital enablers in rural health access, and can also offer basic phone repair, app training, and even setup kiosks for added income.
Ayush Garden Entrepreneurs
Farmers, women, or youth can be trained in cultivating medicinal plants like tulsi, ashwagandha, neem, and lemongrass in small plots or kitchen gardens. These herbs are procured by AyushCare programs for creating wellness kits. This initiative combines agro-based livelihood with traditional health promotion, using low-cost, high-value herbs.
Spiritual & Cultural Facilitators
Graduates of DharmaCare & Cultural Literacy programs can host storytelling sessions, bhajan groups, or spiritual wellness walks, especially for elders. These facilitators may also serve as companions for rituals or organize well-being activities during festivals. This role builds cultural trust and offers small honorariums or donations from local community groups.
Companion & ElderCare Providers
Caregivers trained in elder compassion and tech assistance can support aging parents and grandparents in their own village. Tasks may include reading help, digital communication setup, arranging tele-consults, or even cooking. These services can be offered on a donation basis, monthly support model, or as part of sponsored ElderCare plans.

We focus on practical, culturally rooted jobs that build self-reliance and respect within the village ecosystem. By equipping rural individuals with purpose-driven skills, we ensure they are not just earning — they are healing, supporting, and uplifting their communities. 🩺 Village Healthpreneurs
Build Your Income, Support Community Health.
Trained Rural Health Assistants and caregivers can offer basic health services in villages, earning while serving.
Village Healthpreneurs are trained rural youth or caregivers who bridge the gap between healthcare needs and services in underserved areas. We equip them with basic health awareness, communication tools, and referral support so they can guide patients to teleconsultations, homecare aides, and diagnostic services. They play a crucial role in identifying common illnesses, promoting preventive care, and assisting in community awareness camps. With ongoing mentorship and access to our healthcare ecosystem, they earn small commissions or stipends while serving their communities. This role is ideal for those passionate about healthcare but lacking formal medical degrees. Healthpreneurs often become the first point of contact in their villages for trusted care and information. Their work directly supports our Remote Healthcare and Elder Care outreach.
🌿 Herbal Product Resellers
Earn by Promoting Wellness.
Resell trusted AyushCare products in your community to support preventive health and generate income.
Our Herbal Product Resellers distribute trusted Ayush-based wellness kits, medicinal herbs, and preventive care items to rural families. We supply them with curated herbal products aligned with our AyushCare guidance and train them in safe usage, benefits, and community promotion. These resellers are selected from local women, caregivers, or micro-entrepreneurs who can leverage their social networks. Through direct selling and small wellness events, they create awareness and improve household health literacy. This model not only supports rural livelihoods but also helps rebuild trust in traditional, time-tested healing practices. Resellers earn margins while acting as local ambassadors of holistic wellness. Their efforts reinforce our preventive health mission without dependency on pharmaceutical outreach.
💻 Village Tech Agents
Bridge Digital Gaps in Health Access.
Help villagers access health info, telemedicine, and insurance using basic tech skills.
Village Tech Agents are digitally trained youth who help their community access telehealth, digital IDs, e-prescriptions, and health portals. We train them in smartphone use, basic troubleshooting, and privacy-safe support practices. These agents assist elders, low-literacy patients, and health workers in booking appointments, uploading health data, and accessing benefits. They are crucial to overcoming the digital divide that limits rural participation in modern healthcare. Village Tech Agents can also support our field teams with record-keeping and remote diagnostics. They are usually paid per service or through stipends under NGO or CSR programs. This role is central to expanding the digital backbone of our healthcare delivery.
🌱 Ayush Garden Entrepreneurs
Grow Wellness From Your Backyard.
Start small herbal gardens to grow and sell raw materials for AyushCare programs.
Ayush Garden Entrepreneurs cultivate herbs and plants used in Ayurvedic and traditional health practices in kitchen gardens or small plots. We provide training, starter kits, and market linkage to those interested in growing Tulsi, Neem, Brahmi, Ashwagandha, and other useful herbs. These gardens serve both personal health and small-scale commercial purposes, often tied to our AyushCare programs. Entrepreneurs can also supply herbal kits to resellers or collaborate with local mandirs for spiritual use. This role connects sustainable agriculture with rural wellness and income generation. With minimal inputs, these gardens become hubs of preventive health, especially for women or elder caregivers. Over time, they help revive local knowledge and create green livelihoods rooted in tradition.
🕉 Spiritual & Cultural Facilitators
Preserve Dharma, Build Trust, Create Income.
Lead cultural literacy sessions, elder engagement circles, or assist in temple-based wellness efforts.
These facilitators organize local satsangs, spiritual discussions, dharma literacy circles, and cultural events that promote mental wellness, trust, and social harmony. We train selected individuals in inclusive practices, positive storytelling, and cultural coordination. Their sessions provide emotional strength, reduce isolation among elders, and build collective pride in heritage. Many such activities also integrate with our wellness retreats, grief support, or elder care programs. Facilitators can work through mandirs, schools, or health volunteers to create sacred, soothing community spaces. This role requires empathy, cultural grounding, and communication skills, not formal education. Their presence helps reweave the cultural trust vital for holistic rural healing.
👵 Companion & ElderCare Providers
Serve Elders, Earn Respect and Income.
Offer non-clinical elder care like companionship, errand support, or digital help.
Companion & ElderCare Providers offer non-medical support such as emotional care, hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and mobility help to elderly or home-bound individuals. We train local women or youth in elder-friendly communication, basic caregiving skills, and respectful assistance. Their service enables dignity for rural elders while creating flexible income for the providers. Often working part-time, they are deployed through referrals, families, or as part of village wellness teams. This role is especially important as families migrate, leaving aging parents alone in villages. ElderCare Providers strengthen our remote monitoring and follow-up care ecosystem. With compassion at its core, this livelihood also brings social healing and deep gratitude.
