Time and Resource Needed

A minimum commitment of one day per week (approximately 9 hours) is recommended, with flexibility to choose weekdays or weekends that suit your schedule. Volunteers may engage in various activities, including healthcare assistance, elder companionship, wellness sessions, and digital support tasks. All necessary training and digital tools will be provided to ensure you can contribute effectively.

What Will You Do?

  • Run wellness sessions—breathing, yoga, basic mobility

  • Train or assist local health workers and caregivers

You will be aligned to a local hub or a virtual team, and provided digital tools for tracking your impact.
