Expectations on Full-time

What We Expect

We seek individuals who are ready to dedicate themselves full-time to serving underserved communities with compassion and integrity. Whether you’re a retired professional, student, homemaker, or spiritual seeker, your commitment to leading, mentoring, and organizing within our programs is invaluable. A resilient heart and clear intent are more important than prior healthcare experience.

As a Wholetimer, you are expected to commit 40–45 hours per week, with flexible hours but consistent presence. Our operations are primarily remote or hybrid, utilizing digital tools like Telegram, Google Workspace, and Trello for collaboration. We provide training, upskilling opportunities, wellness support, and peer care to ensure your growth and well-being. You’ll have the chance to co-lead district or state-level health efforts and align long-term with WARA KarmaYoga’s mission, all while practicing Nishkam Karma—selfless service without attachment to outcomes.
